No, there are no lockers available.

Several first aid stations are available on the site. These will be clearly marked both on the event grounds and on the event map.

Yes. Both at the entrance and at the catering stands you can pay with Bancontact and other electronic payment methods.

We strongly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance via the official website. This guarantees your entry, avoids queues at the ticket office, and ensures faster access to the event. Tickets can be purchased here.

Yes! There’s plenty to experience in the public tents. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, continuous DJ sets will create a great atmosphere. In addition, live performances are scheduled throughout the weekend in the main public tent.

In total, there are three public tents, each with its own cozy vibe and unique program.

What types of tickets can I buy?

There is a maximum of 15 tickets per order. If you would like to purchase more tickets, please email tickets@hulst2026.com

The 2026 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships Hulst does not accept returns on purchases.

The terms of the organization state that in case of cancellation, interruption, non-occurrence, or incomplete completion of a race, the organization of the 2026 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships Hulst cannot be held liable.

The cost of admission will not be refunded.

Tickets are issued in the name of the purchaser and are only available through official sales channels. The UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships 2026 Hulst has no official resale channels. Purchasing a ticket through a resale channel is entirely at your own risk. The organization cannot be held liable for any counterfeit tickets. If you resell a ticket, you must inform the buyer that they are required to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

Please note: a ticket is always valid for one person for the entire selected period. It is therefore not possible for a weekend ticket to be used by different people on different days.

Children aged 6 to 12 pay half price for access to the event grounds. Children aged 0 to 6 have free access to the event grounds.

Please note: this does not automatically grant free access to VIP areas.

If you have purchased a valid ticket, you will receive a wristband upon entering the venue. With this wristband you can freely leave and re-enter the venue throughout the day.

Please note: visitors with a day ticket receive a wristband that is only valid on the day for which the ticket was purchased. A weekend ticket is valid for both Saturday and Sunday.

This is not permitted.

The organization provides sufficient catering options on site.

Only guide dogs are permitted.

Backpacks are always checked at the entrance.

Personal food and drinks, sharp objects, weapons, hazardous liquids, anti-banners, flags, drugs, etc. are NOT allowed on the event grounds.

VIP

What does a VIP package include?
A VIP package automatically grants you access to the event grounds and the corresponding lounge (Gold/Silver/Bronze).

The WK Hulst is a family- and kid-friendly event, offering plenty of activities and atmosphere for all ages.

However, please note that the hospitality lounges may not be the most suitable environment for children. If you wish to bring children into the VIP lounges, please contact hospitality@hulst2026.com.
